SPARKLING WINES

Afros - Αφρός

 2015  13,0%vol.| 90% Arneis 10% white Moscato| Sparkling orange wine 
For Moscato manual harvesting on the 4th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. 4 days of maceration in inox and ageing for 9 months in old oak barriques. Arneis was manual harvested on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. 4 days of maceration in inox and ageing for 9 months in old oak barriques. After make a Cuvèe in inox the wine was bottling inoculating must of frozen Moscato white with 5g/l residual sugar which reactivated the fermentation process, resulting in a naturally refermented wine with lower pressure with respect to the classical method (petillant naturel). This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and without the addition of sulphites during the bottling phase.

 2018  12,5%vol|30% Freisa 70% Barbera| Sparkling rose wine
Harvest of both grapes on September 29th. Soft pressing of whole grapes and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Inoculated frozen must of the same grapes with a residual sugar of 5g / l to reactivate the fermentation process on the 10 June and bottled on the 11 June without the addition of sulphites. Ageing at least 3 months in the bottle.

ORANGE WINES

Arke - Αρχή

 2015  14,0%vol.| 100% Arneis | Orange Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Maceration for 20 days in old large oak barrels. Aged for 10 months in old oak barriques (3/4th passage) followed by 18 months bottle. This wine is the result of spontaneous fermentation, its unfiltered with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites in the bottling.

 2017  13,0%vol.| 100% Arneis | Orange Wine 

Manual harvesting on the 8 October and 10% of which were dried on the plants - late harvest. 6 months of maceration in old large oak barrels. Ageing in old oak barriques for 1 year This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, it is unfiltered and without addition of sulphites during the bottling phase.

Anarchia - Αναρχία

 2016  14,5%vol. | 100% Arneis | Orange Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 6th October and placed in small cases of 20 kg (10% of grapes dried on the plants). 30 days of maceration in old large oak barrels. After the first maceration, it is left for six months on the skins of Arneis passito (like ripasso method) which leaves a little sugar residue to the wine. Ageing for six months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 10 g/l

 

 2017  14,5%vol. | 100% Arneis | Orange Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 6th October and placed in small cases of 20 kg (10% of grapes dried on the plants). 30 days of maceration in old large oak barrels. After the first maceration, it is left for six months on the skins of Mantonico bianco, very old white variety from Calabria (like ripasso method). Ageing for 1 year in old oak barriques. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and without addition of sulphites during the bottling phase.  

Aura - Αύρα

 2015  13,5%vol.| 100% white Moscato | Orange Wine.

Manual harvesting on the 4th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. 4 days of maceration in inox. Fermenting and ageing for 9 months in old oak barriques. Ageing for six months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 

 2017  15,5%vol. | 100% white Moscato| Orange Wine.

Manual harvesting on the 2nd of September and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Maceration for 30 days in inox. Ageing for 9 months in old and new oak barriques and at least 6 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 

 2018  11,5%vol. | 100% white Moscato| Orange Wine.

Manual harvest on September 4th and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Maceration for 8 months in INOX. Ageing for 3 months in INOX. This wine is obtained by spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered with the addition of 30 mg/L of sulphites during the bottling phase.

 

Armonia - Αρμονία

 2017  13,5%vol. | 80% Arneis and 20% white Moscato | Orange Wine. Manual harvesting on the 2nd of September for Moscato white and 20th of September for Arneis. Both are placed in small cases of 15 kg.  Both grapes are left to macerate for 30 days in new acacia barrels (of 500 litres). After the maceration the cuvèe stays in inox one month before bottling and at least 3 months in bottle.  This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 2018  12,0%vol. | 80% Arneis and 20% white Moscato | Orange Wine. 

Manual harvest on September 4th for the white muscat and September 18th for the Arneis. Collected in small cases of 15 kg. Spontaneous fermentation in INOX with 15 days of maceration on the skins for the Arneis and 50 days for the white Moscato. After maceration the wines are assembled in INOX where they remain on the wine lees for 8 months. Ageing for at least 3 months in the bottle. This wine is obtained by spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered with the addition of 30mg / L of sulphites at the time of bottling.

Hlektra - Ηλέκτρα

 2018  13,0%vol. | 100% Malvasia Moscata | Orange Wine. 

Manual harvest on September 10th and placement in small cases of 15kg. Spontaneous fermentation in oak and acacia barrels of 600 litters with the addition of 10% of whole cluster grapes at the end of fermentation. 7 month maceration on the skins. Ageing on fine lees for 2 months in stainless steel. This wine is obtained by spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered with the addition of 30mg / L of sulphites at the time of bottling.

 2018  13,0%vol. | 100% Malvasia Moscata | Orange Wine. 

Manual harvest in small cases of 15kg on September 23rd. Spontaneous fermentation in a 400 litre amphora with a 20% of entire grapes. 40-day maceration on the skins and ageing on delicate sediments for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and bottled without the addition of sulphites.

Aura Flor - Αύρα

 2017  14,5%vol. | 100% White Moscato | Orange Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 2nd of September and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Maceration for 30 days in inox. Ageing for 2 years in not filled old and new oak barriques with the flor. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and without addition of sulphites during the bottling phase. 

Nemesis Flor - Νέμεσις

 2018  13,0%vol. | 100% Gewurztraminer | Orange Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 27th of August and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Spontaneous fermentation in acacia tonneau of 600L. Maceration on the skins for 7 months, with the presence of the flor,  in not filled tonneau (pas ouillè). Ageing for 2 months in inox. This wine is unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

Mnimi Flor - Μνήμη

 2018  11,0%vol. | 100% Vermentino (Favorita) | Orange Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 18th of September and placed in small cases of 15kg. Destemmed and and soft crushed. Macerated in not filled 600 litre oak barrels for 7 months. Spontaneous fermentation. Ageing in stainless steel for 2 months on fine lees. This wine is unfiltered and without the addition of sulphites at the bottling phase.

ROSE WINES

Pnoi - Πνοή

 2015  13,5%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo | Rosè Wine.

Manual harvesting on the 25th of September and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Gentle pressing without maceration. Aged for 9 months in old oak barriques and followed by at least 3 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 4 g/l

 2016  13,0%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo | Rosè Wine.

Manual harvesting on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Gentle pressing without maceration. Aged for 9 months in chestnut barriques and followed by minimum 3 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. No sugar rate.

 2017  14,5%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo | Rosè Wine.

Manual harvesting on the 20th of September and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Gentle pressing without maceration. The must is then divided into three equal portions. One third is aged for 9 months in chestnut barrique, one third in ceramic container (clayver), and the rest in oak barriques. Then they are blended and stay minimum 3 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 5g/l.

Amos – Άμμος 

 2015  13,5%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo| 15/20 year old plants | Red Wine.

Manual harvesting on the 2nd of October and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Maceration for 20 days in inox and then oak old tonneau for 18 months. At least 6 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 2016  14,5%vol. | 95% Nebbiolo and 5% Arneis| 15/20 year old plants | Red Wine.

Manual harvesting on the 10th of October and placed in small cases of 15 kg. 20 days of maceration in inox tank and ageing for 1 year in new 500 litres oak barrels and 6 months at least in the bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 2017  14,0%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo | 15/20 year old plants | Red Wine.

Manual harvesting on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 15 kg. 22 days of maceration in oak tonneau and ageing for 2 years in old oak barriques and 6 months at least in the bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 2018  14,5%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo | 15/20 year old plants | Red Wine.

Manual harvest on October 8th and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Maceration on the skins for 12 days in INOX and ageing on fine lees for 10 months. Further ageing for at least 3 months in the bottle. This wine is obtained by spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered with the addition of 20 mg/L of sulfur dioxide at the time of bottling.

Helios – Ήλιος 

 2015  14,0%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo | 50/60 year old plants | Red Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Maceration for 22 days in oak tonneau followed by two years in barrique.  This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 2016  14,5%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo | 50/60 year old plants | Red Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 10th of October and placed in small cases of 15 kg. 20 days of maceration in inox tank and ageing for 18 months in half new and half old oak barriques and 6 months at least in the bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 2017  14,5%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo | 50/60 year old plants | Red Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 26 Settembre and placed in small cases of 15 kg. 20 days of maceration in inox tank and ageing for 18 months in half new and half old oak barriques and 6 months at least in the bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and without addition of sulphites during the bottling phase.

 

Energia – Ενέργεια 

 2015  14,0%vol. | 100% Nebbiolo | 50/60 year old plants | Red Wine.

Manual harvesting on the 6th of October and placed in small cases of 15 kg. Maceration for 24 days in oak tonneau followed by 30 months in oak barrique and 6 months at least in the bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 

Panta Rhei - Πάντα ῥεῖ

 2018  14,0%vol. | 100% Ruche | Red Wine.

Manual harvest in small cases of 15 kg on the 24th of September. Destemmed and softly crashed. Submerged cap maceration for 9 months in an old open oak tonneau. Ageing for one month in INOX. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and without addition of sulphites during the bottling phase.

SWEET WINES

Chaos – Χάος 

 2015  16,0%vol. | 100% Freisa | Sweet Red Wine. 

Manual harvesting on the 10th of October and placed in small cases of 5 kg. Wine grapes are naturally dried until the 3rd of December in the open air under the shadow.  Ageing in oak barriques for 30 months. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 50 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Minimum 6 months in bottle. Sugar rate 17 g/l.

 2016  12,5%vol | 100% Arneis | Sweet Red Wine. 

Manual harvest on October 18 and placed in small cases of 5 kg. The grapes are naturally dried in open air until December 12th. Fermented and aged in old oak barrels for 30 months. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 40 mg/L of sulphites during the bottling phase. Minimum 3 months in bottle. Sugar rate 90g/l.

Anemos - 'Ανεμος

 2017  15,5%vol. | 100% Mantonico Bianco | Sweet Red Wine. 

Manual harvesting on 28 September and placed in small cases of 15kg. 30 days maceration in 500 litres old oak barrels and ageing for 2 years in new chestnut barrels. this wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and without addition of sulphites during the bottling phase.
