SPARKLING WINES

Afros - Αφρός

 2015  12,5% 90% Arneis 10% white Moscato. Sparkling white wine Metodo ancestrale 24 months on the yeast. 
For Moscato manual harvesting on the 4th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. 4 days of maceration in inox and ageing for 9 months in old oak barriques. Arneis was manual harvested on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. 4 days of maceration in inox and ageing for 9 months in old oak barriques. After make a Cuvèe in inox the wine was bottling inoculating must of frozen Moscato white with 5g/l residual sugar which reactivated the fermentation process, resulting in a naturally refermented wine with lower pressure with respect to the classical method (petillant naturel). This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 10 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

ORANGE WINES

Arkè - Αρχή

 2015  14,0% 100% Arneis Orange Wine. Manual harvesting on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Maceration for 20 days in old large oak barrels. Aged for 10 months in old oak barriques (3/4th passage) followed by 18 months bottle.This wine is the result of spontaneous fermentation, its unfiltered with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites in the bottling. 

 2016  14,0% 100% Arneis Orange Wine. Manual harvesting on the 10 October and placed in small cases of 20 kg (10% of grapes dried on the plants). 30 days of maceration in old large oak barrels. Ageing in new oak barriques for 10 months followed by 6 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, it's unfiltered and with the addition of 30mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 24 g/l.

Anarchia - Αναρχία

 2016  14,5% 100% Arneis Orange Wine. Manual harvesting on the 6th October and placed in small cases of 20 kg (10% of grapes dried on the plants)  . 30 days of maceration in old large oak barrels. After the first maceration, it is left for six months on the skins of Arneis passito (like ripasso method) which leaves a little sugar residue to the wine. Ageing for six months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 10 g/l

Aura - Αύρα

 2015  13,5% 100% white Moscato. Orange Wine. Manual harvesting on the 4th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. 4 days of maceration in inox. Fermenting and ageing for 9 months in old oak barriques. Ageing for six months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 2017  15,5% 100% white Moscato. Orange Wine. Manual harvesting on the 2nd of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Maceration for 30 days in inox. Ageing for 9 months in old and new oak barriques and at least 6 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

Armonia - Αρμονία

 2017  13,5% 80% Arneis and 20% white Moscato. Orange Wine. Manual harvesting on the 2nd of September for white Moscato and 20th of September for Arneis. Both are placed in small cases of 20 kg.  Both grapes are left to macerate for 30 days in new acacia barrels (of 500 litres). After the maceration the cuvèe stays in inox one month before bottling and at least 3 months in bottle.  This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

RED WINES

Amos – Άμμος 

 2015  13,5% 100% Nebbiolo, plants of 15/20 years. Red Wine. Manual harvesting on the 2nd of October and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Maceration for 20 days in inox and ageing in oak old tonneau for 18 months. At least 6 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. 

 2016  14,5% 95% Nebbiolo (plants of 15/20 years) and 5% Arneis (grapes almost dry harvested some days before). Red Wine. Manual harvesting on the 10th of October and placed in small cases of 20 kg. 20 days of maceration in inox tank and ageing for 1 year in new 500 litres oak tonneau and 6 months at least in the bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

Energia – Ενέργεια 

 2015  14,0% 100% Nebbiolo, plants of 50/60 years. Red Wine. Manual harvesting on the 6th of October and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Maceration for 24 days in old oak tonneau followed by 30 months in  new oak barriques and 6 months at least in the bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

Helios – Ήλιος 

 2015  14,0% 100% Nebbiolo, plants of 50/60 years. Red Wine. Manual harvesting on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Maceration for 22 days in oak tonneau followed by two years in new barriques.This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

 2016  14,5% 100% Nebbiolo, plants of 50/60 years. Red Wine. Manual harvesting on the 10th of October and placed in small cases of 15 kg. 20 days of maceration in inox tank and ageing for 18 months in half new and half old oak barriques and 6 months at least in the bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 20 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase.

ROSE WINES

Pnoi - Πνοή

 2015  13,5% 100% Nebbiolo. Rosè Wine. Manual harvesting on the 25th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Gentle pressing without maceration. Aged for 9 months in old oak barriques and followed by at least 3 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 4 g/l. 

 2016  13,0% 100% Nebbiolo. Rosè Wine. Manual harvesting on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Gentle pressing without maceration. Aged for 9 months in chestnut barriques and followed by minimum 3 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. No sugar rate.

 2016  13,0% 100% Nebbiolo. 13,0% vol. Rosè Wine. Manual harvesting on the 28th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Gentle pressing without maceration. Aged for 9 months in ceramic container (clayver) and followed by minimum 3 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 9g/l. 

 2017  14,5% 100% Nebbiolo. Rosé Wine. Manual harvesting on the 20th of September and placed in small cases of 20 kg. Gentle pressing without maceration. The must is then divided into three equal portions. One third is aged for 9 months in chestnut barriques, one third in ceramic container (clayver), and the rest in oak barriques. Then they are blended and stay minimum 3 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 30 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 5g/l.

STRAW WINES

Chaos – Χάος 

 2015  16,0% 100% Freisa. Sweet Red Wine. Manual harvesting on the 10th of October and placed in small cases of 5 kg. Wine grapes are naturally dried until the 3rd of December in the open air under the shadow.  Fermenting and ageing in old oak barriques for 30 months and for a minimum of 6 months in bottle. This wine is obtained from spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered and with the addition of 50 mg/L sulphites during the bottling phase. Sugar rate 17 g/l.
